WebImage-Pro Deutsche Version

Terms of Use

In short: You buy the Photoshop plugin WebImage-Pro through the Adobe Marketplace and may use it on your own devices for personal and professional projects. Your images stay with you – the plugin works locally and sends no data.

1. Provider and scope

The provider of the plugin WebImage-Pro (the “Plugin”) is:

Silence Media
Owner: Sebastian Klose
Vogelbeerweg 9
08315 Lauter-Bernsbach
Germany
Email: info@webimage-pro.com

These terms apply to your use of the Plugin. Purchase, payment, invoicing, installation and updates are handled through the Adobe Marketplace and the Creative Cloud desktop app. The terms of Adobe and its payment partners additionally apply to the purchase itself.

2. License

With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install the Plugin, in the version you bought, on your own devices and to use it for personal and professional projects. The license is personal to you; additional users (for example, employees of an agency) need their own licenses.

You may not:

All rights in the Plugin, its name and its appearance remain with Silence Media.

3. Your images and data

The Plugin processes your files only locally on your computer, works on copies and does not transmit any images, settings or usage data to me or to third parties. You keep all rights in your images. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you process with the Plugin. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.

4. System requirements, updates and support

The Plugin requires Adobe Photoshop 24.0 (2023) or later and is tested on macOS. I keep developing the Plugin and provide updates through the Adobe Marketplace; there is no entitlement to specific new features. You can get support by email at info@webimage-pro.com. Please include your Photoshop version, your operating system and a short description.

5. Warranty and liability

The Plugin is developed and tested with care. Because software is never completely free of errors in practice, I recommend backing up important original files before exporting. The Plugin does not overwrite your originals and asks before overwriting existing files in the target folder.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, my liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Adobe handles the purchase and payment through the Marketplace. Please direct questions about withdrawal, refunds and invoices to Adobe or the payment partner named there; the terms stated there and your statutory rights apply.

7. Changes to these terms

I may adjust these terms with effect for the future, for example for new features or changes in the law. The current version is always available on this page.

8. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where you live.
